Haniyeh: We refuse to have Jordan as alternative homeland

Gaza,(DRAH.ps)-- The Palestinian prime minister, Ismail Haniyeh, stated Saturday in a telephone speech he delivered in a festival organized by the Islamic Movement of trade unions Square in Irbid, that the Palestinian people has the right in Palestine land as well as the Muslim nation.

Haniyeh stressed the right of return for all Palestinians who have been displaced out of their homeland.

He praised Jordan that hugged displaced Palestinians, pointing out that Jordan hosted the millions of people of Palestine. Yet, he stressed that Palestinian are adherent to their homeland Palestine and they will not take Jordan as alternative homeland.

He noted that the anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba puts Palestinians before major challenges that are taking place in the Palestinian cause and Arab region in general.

Haniyehnoted that toppling the IslamicCaliphate and the British ominous promise are the main causes behind the Palestinian catastrophe.

He added that victory will be achieved through the adherence of  Palestinian people to their religion and faith , pointing out that the he "Arab Spring", through which the Arab peoples were hailing'' the people want to liberate Palestine, indicate that these peoples will not forget Palestine and will not lose the compass towards Jerusalem and Al Aqsa.
